Overview

The link will be on the course page for booking a time slot of Office Hours.

Click this link, and you'll see a weekly calendar with time slots that you can click.

On the left side, a monthly calendar is shown.

At the top, the time zone may appear as "(GMT+00:00) Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

You can click on this and can use the drop-down menu, or write a location in the search bar.

Click on a time slot and enter your information.

You must write your OUM email address correctly.

But the first/last name can be written in any way.

Reschedule

Google calendar: In the event, at the bottom you'll see "Going?" with buttons for Yes, No, Maybe and an arrow on the right. Click the arrow, and select "Propose a new time".

Or you can scroll down and click the link for "Need to make changes to this event?"

Gmail: In the email invitation, below the When/Where/Who info, you'll see buttons for Yes, No, Maybe and "More options". Click on "More options", and select "Propose a new time".

Or you can scroll down and click the link for "Need to make changes to this event?"

Troubleshooting

If you incorrectly write the email address while booking, the event will still be created.

But you won't be able to join, as you won't receive an email confirmation or calendar event.

If you incorrectly write the first/last name, but enter the correct email address, the event will be created with no issues.

Add other students into the same session

Note: this isn't necessary if you see "One to many" under the Schedule title in the upper-left.

That means others can schedule and join the same session as you.

After booking: enter the Google Calendar event that was created, and click the pencil icon at the top for "edit event". Under “Guests”, click on “Add guests”. You must write their full email address for their account to appear in the menu below.

While booking: click ‘add attendees’ (below your email address), and write the email address of other students. You must write their OUM email address correctly.
