Loom is an app for recording videos or screenshots, and for sharing the link to view them.
Sign up for Loom using your OUM email address to get a Creator Lite account.

Select the option for "Sign up through email", and enter your OUM email address.
Note that there is a Google Chrome extension and a Mobile app. The instructions below are for the Desktop app.
When you install and open the Loom Desktop app, you'll see several options. The first is to select the tab for Video or Screenshot.
The Screenshot function only has 2 option - full screen or custom size.
The Video function has several more options, plus a sidebar on the the edge of your screen showing the recording time plus options to stop, restart, pause, and cancel.
The Video options in the Loom app are the following, starting at the top of the page:
Choose to record from Screen, Camera, or Both
Then choose to record the Full screen, Window, or Custom size
Recording Settings are to select the source for video and audio
After you click "Start recording", you'll see a 3 2 1 countdown for recording to begin, and it will end when you click the red 'stop' button in the sidebar. Note that videos have a 5-minute recording limit.
After you stop recording, a web page for your video will open in your internet browser, with the option to copy the link for sharing and to download the video to your device.
When you sign in to your account and view the recording in the library, you'll have more options to rename, delete, and more after clicking the button with three circles in the upper-right of the video.
Include the link to your Loom recordings in your Help Desk ticket to show how your screen appears and demonstrate an issue.
