OUM Zoom users who are signed in to their OUM Zoom accounts will bypass the waiting room for all OUM lectures.
If you are placed in a waiting room for an OUM lecture it is because you are not signed in to your OUM Zoom account.
The best way to ensure you are always signed in to your Zoom account is by running the Zoom desktop app. If you have not already downloaded the Zoom desktop app please do so by visiting oum.zoom.us and clicking the Download Client link.

The important thing to remember is that you want to sign in with SSO, and the company domain is "oum".
