If you encounter this message it means you are not signed in to Zoom with your OUM Zoom account.
OUM uses Single Sign On (SSO) so signing in to your OUM Zoom account is simply a matter of using the Zoom SSO sign in from your Zoom desktop or mobile app, or from the Zoom web page.
Here is a link to Zoom's support article on Single Sign On: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201800126-Log-in-with-SSO
In short, here are a few things you should keep in mind:
1. Whenever you are asked to sign in to Zoom (whether on the desktop app, a mobile app, or a web page) make sure you choose "Sign in with SSO". OUM's dedicated Zoom URL is oum.zoom.us so if you ever get asked to enter a domain for "_____.zoom.us" make sure you enter "oum".
2. If you are ever in doubt go to oum.zoom.us and click the "Zoom" button. This will automatically log you in using SSO.
3. If you ever encounter a waiting room or a password requirement for an OUM lecture it means you may not be logged in with your OUM Zoom account. You should exit the lecture then follow the instructions in item 1 or 2, above, and try again. (Note that individual meetings may have the waiting room enabled for all users, so if you are sure you are logged in with your OUM Zoom account just sit tight and the host will let you in when they arrive).
4. If you are ever asked to log in to view a recording it means you are not logged in with your OUM Zoom account and you should follow the instructions in item 1 or 2, above.
