All OUM students have free access to the online and mobile versions of Word, Powerpoint, and Excel (as well as other MS Office products). Students who wish to download and install the desktop versions of Office 365 (available for Mac and PC) may do so at OUM’s institutional pricing of USD$30/AUD$40/NZD$40/CAD$40 per year.

Use your OUM email address to register.
After you have registered your account using your OUM email address there will be a short delay while your account is set up, but within an hour you should have access to the online versions of MS products. You can log in at portal.office.com.
For access to the mobile versions download the desired MS app on your mobile device then sign in using your OUM email address and the password you created during registration.
If you would like to purchase the desktop version of MS Office please open a support ticket after you have created your MS account. OUM will then activate your desktop subscription and charge your OUM account accordingly. Please note that this is an annual fee, and you will be charged every year unless you open a support ticket informing OUM that you no longer wish to subscribe to the service
All renewal charges will take place in January of every year.
